Our team recently completed a beautiful front lit channel letter sign that brings their brand to life with color, clarity, and strong visibility.

Project Overview
For this location, our team fabricated and installed a twelve-foot-wide internally illuminated channel letter sign. Every part of the sign was built to our standard specifications using high-quality materials designed for longevity and performance.
Materials and Fabrication
Here is a breakdown of how the new sign was constructed:
- Aluminum backs prefinished in white
- Aluminum returns painted PMS 384 c, PMS 130 c, and PMS 166 c
- The faces were overlaid with premium vinyl graphics including 3M Tropical Green, 3M Sunflower, and 3M Café Orange to match the Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand
- Bright white LEDs for clear and even illumination
- Interior finished MP White to enhance the lighting and improve nighttime visibility
- All components mounted to a durable wireway painted to match the exterior wall
The combination of bright colors and strong lighting creates a welcoming impression that captures attention from a distance.
