Residential and commercial construction is booming all over Central Texas, and it’s still not enough to keep up with demand. Just take a look at Austin’s skyline and count the cranes hovering over downtown. And right now, construction crews are gearing up to transform and modernize nearly 80 miles of I-35, the 50 year old highway that runs through Austin metro. The multi-billion dollar project, according to Texas Department of Transportation (TxDot) officials, will help ease the increasingly worsening gridlock formed by the area’s population explosion. Inevitably, this will clear the way for even more businesses and residents to settle in Travis, Williamson, Bastrop and Hays Counties. As that happens, project managers at CND Signs — one of Austin’s best end-to-end sign fabricators and installers — are ready to partner with national sign companies.
CND Signs is in demand from Dallas houston san antonio Austin and out of state.

CND Signs is independently owned and operated and has been designing, fabricating and installing signs in and around Austin for over 12 years with a team that have been in the sign industry for more than four decades. Anyone who has visited the Texas capital area has seen our work. We’ve designed and installed monument and landmark signs, graphics, banners and billboards for countless residential communities, new construction sites and small businesses. Malls, retail centers, school, hospitals and a many multi family (apartments).

When the Thinkery, the iconic children’s museum in East Austin, needed a “sparkling new sign” to go with their new image and their brand new, 40,000-square-foot building at the site of the old Mueller Airport, they called us. We also designed and installed a curved 28-foot-wide, pound flagship “Welcome” sign at the entrance of a new 35-acre, mixed-use complex north of the city. Three signs, including one for the City of Hutto and another for the Co-Op District, are mounted on the side of two historic gin silos that have recently been stunningly restored to their original glory. They sit, side-by-side, at the entrance to the town’s newest high-density entertainment, retail and dining center.

In 2015, CND Signs was chosen to move the historic “Texas” theater sign. Several decades ago, when the 25-foot marquee stood at West Jefferson Boulevard in Dallas, it became forever etched in America’s memories. According to theater lore, “On November 22, 1963 at approximately 1:45 p.m., nearly 15 Dallas police officers converged on the Texas Theatre in search of a man who had entered without paying. That man was Lee Harvey Oswald … President John F. Kennedy’s accused lone assassin.” Oswald was picked up during the matinee showing of War is Hell. This project was very challenging as the sign was about 6ft x 30 and inside of the museum with no access for for have equipment. After weeks of engineering and logistics we were able to remove the sign and transported to Dallas .
