Cabinet Construction
- White cabinet border and “THE” lettering lined with white LED rope lighting
- Internally illuminated “PRADO” and “Luxury Apartments”
- Interiors finished MP White to enhance illumination and provide even lighting
- All letter components were individually flush-mounted for a premium, dimensional appearance
Pole & Foundation
The scope included a complete pole and foundation system, engineered and installed to meet safety, code, and wind-load requirements. This ensures the sign stays strong and stable for years to come, even in Texas weather.
