For this project, we fabricated and installed one double sided illuminated pole sign built to precise specifications.
The routed aluminum cabinets were carefully fabricated to ensure durability and a clean, professional appearance, with faces finished in MP White and sides finished in PMS 287C. Every material choice was made to enhance longevity, visibility, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Dual Lighting Effect With Push Thru Acrylic
To create a standout illumination effect, the sign face incorporates 1/2 inch push thru white translucent acrylic, overlaid with 3M perforated 3635-157 Sultan Blue film. This combination produces a dual lighting effect that delivers depth and visual interest after dark while remaining crisp and readable during daylight hours.
Engineered Illumination and Internal Finish
The interior of the cabinet was finished in MP White to enhance light reflection and improve overall illumination. The sign is internally illuminated with white LEDs, strategically lined along the inner edges and curves of the cabinet for even light distribution and long term energy efficiency.
Cabinet depth was designed with flexibility in mind and was based on engineering requirements, ensuring both structural integrity and optimal performance.
Engineered Pole and Foundation Installation
As with all large format signage projects, the pole and foundation were installed per engineering requirements to meet safety, wind load, and local code standards.
